During the first quarter of 2024, the performance of the top carpooling and ridesharing apps on iOS in Ukraine exhibited diverse trends in downloads and active users. Here’s a closer look at how these apps fared:

Uklon: More Than a Taxi experienced fluctuating weekly downloads, starting at around 17K in the first week of January and stabilizing to approximately 13K by the end of March. Weekly active users showed a similar pattern, peaking at around 84K in early January before dipping to around 69K in late February, and then recovering to approximately 81K by the end of March.

Bolt: Request a Ride showed a consistent increase in weekly downloads, starting at 14K in the first week of January and reaching around 15K by the end of March. Weekly active users also followed an upward trend, beginning with approximately 124K in early January and climbing to about 134K by the end of March.

Uber - Request a ride saw a decline in weekly downloads initially, from around 6.8K in early January to approximately 4K in late February, before slightly increasing to about 5.3K by the end of March. Weekly active users exhibited a similar trend, beginning at around 67K in early January, dipping to about 57K in late January, and then stabilizing around 58K by the end of March.

BlaBlaCar: Carpooling and Bus experienced relatively stable weekly downloads, fluctuating between 4K and 4.8K throughout the quarter. Weekly active users remained consistent, hovering around 32K to 35K during the entire period.

inDrive. Save on city rides had lower weekly downloads compared to the other apps, starting at around 1.4K in early January and slightly decreasing to about 1.1K by the end of March. Weekly active users also displayed a downward trend, beginning at approximately 13.7K in early January and declining to around 11.3K by the end of March.
